Online Will Drafting

If you are unable to attend at our offices due to your busy schedule then you may wish to use our online will drafting service.

Simply complete the following form with your details and wishes regarding your will and we will contact you via e-mail if any clarification is required prior to drafting your will.

This service is generally not appropriate for wills that include complicated trusts and it is better to arrange a face to face appointment to deal with more complicated issues.

If you have children who are under the age of 16 do you want to appoint guardians to look after them?
Your guardians should be close family or friends and you should discuss with them whether they are willing to be appointed prior to including them in your will. They can be your executors if you wish but this is not essential. However, it is advisable that if more than one guardian is appointed then they should live in the same household.

You must also decide who you want the residue of your estate to go to. If you are married then this may be to your spouse absolutely. You should also include substitute gifts in case you survive your spouse. (E.G. I leave my entire estate to my Wife but if she dies before me to my 3 children in equal shares). If your children are under 18 then you should specify how old they should be before they can access the money (e.g. 18 or 21)
