Criminal Defence

We cannot emphasise too strongly the importance of efficient representation in criminal matters. Advice at the Police Station
Police Station advice is free and we are available 24 hours a day.

Representation at Court
Court representation may be covered by a Representation Order (Legal Aid) but you will need to satisfy both the Means Test and Merits Test. We can advise you about this.

We also offer seamless representation in the Crown Court if your case is sent there or you wish to appeal against the Magistrates’ Court sentence or conviction.
