Peter Shrimpton

Peter became a Solicitor in 1967 and joined Kundert & Co. in 1968. He was made a partner shortly afterwards. He manages the Commercial and Conveyancing departments at Copthall House where he is based. He personally deals with Commerical Conveyancing & Leasing, Company Law and Business Matters. He represents both employers and employees before the Employment Tribunal.

Chris Jones

Admitted in 1970, Chris joined Kundert & Co. as a partner in 1978. He has considerable experience in the Magistrates Court and deals extensively with the firm's criminal practice and alos deals with matrimonial work. He is a solicitor advocate and is able to appear in the Crown COurt

Henry Whitney

Henry was admitted in 1979 having been with Kundert & Co. Since 1977, becoming a partner in 1982. He appears regularly in the Magistrates Court to deal with the criminal proceedings and also has a general conveyancing practice.

Sarah Warwick

Sarah became a partner in 2003. She deals personally with family and matrimonial problems as well as managing the matrimonial department from the Bell Green Office. She is a member of the Law Society's Family law advanced Panel.

Paul Hughes

Paul was admitted as a solicitor in 2001 and deals with Wills, Probate, Trusts and Powers of Attorney. He also handles Employment matters. He advises in financial planning for the elderly, including advice on inheritance tax planning.
