Court of Protection

The Court of Protection has undergone various changes in 2007.  If a relative or friend is no longer able to deal with their property and affairs then you may be able to be appointed as a Deputy to act on their behalf.

Dealing with the Court of Protection can be difficult at the best of times and we can help to make this as smooth as possible.  Our team is headed by one of our Partners Paul Hughes who can be contacted at: paul@kundert.co.uk.

We offer the following services:

  • Applications to appoint a Deputy to the Court of Protection
  • Obtaining specific orders from the Court of Protection to deal with assets such as Property
  • Drafting Statutory Wills
  • Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian
