We also receive instructions from the majority of banks who finance our clients and deal with securities and mortgages which are required on their behalf. 

Wherever possible we will give cost estimates at the earliest opportunity.

We handle the sale and purchase and other dealings with agricultural and development land, including the following:

• overage arrangements
• planning applications
• option agreements
• agricultural tenancies
